The country reports provide an overview of the ICT sector in select countries of the region. RCI conducted this desktop research which offers a summary of the national strategies, policies and action plans for ICT development. The overall goal of the reports is to present an accurate picture of the local ICT market and identify the possibilities for regional cooperation.
